The Aral Sea drought and ecological disasters brought a devastation and tremendous suffering to tens of millions of people living in Aral sea basin. Last 28 years we hear only statements from Government of Uzbekistan but nothing changed and nothing have being done to improve the situation. Contrary Government of Uzbekistan have being drying out Aral sea more to develop oil and gas production under Aral sea. These reckless policy of Uzbekistan triggered toxic salt storms ravaged all Aral sea area. Also Aral sea poisonous salt storm came handy for murderous policy of the Government of Uzbekistan to wipe out hand on natural resources of Karakalpakstan. Water blockage of Amudarya was used by Uzbek Government to put huge political pressure on people of Independent Government of Karakalpakstan who is under occupation of Uzbek Government and civilians of whom louder and louder demanding their constitutional rights to restore their Independence.
To discuss all these situation regarding Aral sea disaster the summit was hold in Avas city of Turkmenistan yesterday on August 24th.
Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov hosted presidents Nursultan Nazarbaev of Kazakhstan, Sooronbai Jeenbekov of Kyrgyzstan, Emomali Rahmon of Tajikistan, and Shavkat Mirziyoev of Uzbekistan. President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev pointed out that water policy is used as a political leverage and it is resulting devastation. As we all know the only country is using water as a political leverage so far is Uzbekistan by restricting water flow of Amydarya and dumping scare resources of water of Sirdarya to Aydarkol. Uzbekistan blocked water and created huge shortage of water to people of Karakalpakstan. Its politically motivated action od Uzbek Government. President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov said that Aral sea problem could be resolved. We are assuming that major obstacle of this is Government of Uzbekistan which is using Aral disaster to annixilate Karakalpak nation to get a full hand to natural resources of Karakalpakstan which is estimated as a 7.5 Trillion USD.
The Government of Kazakhstan spent 80 million USD to restore small Aral parts in Aral sea on their side. Now the results beyond expectation. Sea level rised, fish came back and Kazakhstan's part of Aral sea restored. Government of Uzbekistan states that they received 2 Billion USD help from World Bank to handle ecological disaster on Karakalpakstan side of Aral sea but nothing have being done so far. Even planting Aral see floor to hold poisonous salt storm coming out from tiny budget of Karakalpakstan and Uzbekistan showing it in their records to justify expenses of 2 Billion USD funds received. In reality Government of Uzbekistan spent 2 Billion USD for renovation of Tashkent city and lavish life of corrupted Government of Uzbekistan. All existing project to restore Aral sea was not implemented and Government of Uzbekistan have no interest in doing something. Situations are going out of control. Temperature spike balanced by Aral sea is reaching 60C in summer. Four week temperature held around 40C-45C, Government of Uzbekistan turned off electricity even in Hospitals that days, as the result death rate are skyrocketing in Karakalpakstan. This is crime against Humanity committed by Uzbek Government and this is need to be condemned and stoped by members of the UN and security Counsel of the UN.
We are offering 500 million USD investments to economy of each Central Asian Countries in exchange of support of our Independence of Karakalpakstan and we are committing to spend 1 Billion USD each year to restore Aral sea level until full control of Aral sea disaster. Today spread of unknown diseases in Aral sea basin threatening whole Central Asia. But Uzbek Government comforting in Tashkent city keep giving empty promises. We all witnessed Mirziyoyev's speech to spend billions in five years and almost two years have gone and still nothing. He gave that promise to gain support while his power was week and тре,бле ин баланце. Тoday when he usurped absolute power in Uzbekistan he is less motivated to fix Aral problems not mentioning spending money for it.
